If it s still locked start an oven cleaning cycle. Wait at least 20 seconds before you cancel the self clean setting on the oven. You should see a small motor with a connected rod going over the top of the oven to the front of the machine. Depending on you exact model there is a good chance the door latch motor is behind the back panel of the oven.

Allow the cleaning cycle to run for about 60 seconds and then cancel it. Unlock a frigidaire oven door by pressing the clear off button until the lock feature disengages allowing the door to be opened. Program your frigidaire oven to self clean. You will need to hold the pad down for 3 seconds.

Re engage the lock by pressing the same button. Unplug the oven and remove the back panel. The oven should unlock. If you try to use your oven and find it locked press the clear or reset button to stop the oven and turn it off.

Again wait for at least another 20 seconds. A beep will then sound and the display screen will read door opn.
