Use a screwdriver and a rag to pry up the switch plate.

Pry up the window switch panel by hand.
Insert the blade of your small flathead screwdriver in to the notch at the bottom edge of the trim piece behind the chrome door opener handle and gently pry it out.
Use your screwdriver to remove the door handle frame piece.
Set the trim panel aside in a safe place.
This can include courtesy lights that are pried off and disconnected and heated seat switches you must pry off with the trim stick.
Remove the sail panel.
Pry off the trim piece at the front top corner of the door panel.
Remove the two 7mm bolts inside the door pull.
Disconnect the speaker wiring lead.
Use a putty knife and a rag to slide it around the edge of the panel and work through the clips as you go along unclipping them.
The first two steps are to lower the power window all the way down and then open the door.
Pry out the door panel around the clips.
Pry off the door handle bezel with a flat blade screwdriver.
Disconnect the switch wiring harnesses with a flat blade screwdriver.
Then gently pry out the plastic door lock switch with a plastic automotive panel removal tool.
Remove the two 7mm bolts in the arm rest.
Disconnect the wiring in the switch plate.
Pull the door upward and outward to disconnect it from its clips on the door and unplug any wiring harnesses behind it.
Move to the top inner corner of the door panel and gently pull off the triangular shaped sail panel.
